To ensure that all of our clients receive the benefits of their spa experience, it is highly recommended that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. By arriving early, it allows you to complete any necessary consent forms and to update us with any recent health changes in order that you receive the best services according to your needs. This will also ensure that all clients are serviced on time. Unfortunately, if you arrive late to your scheduled appointment time, the treatment will be shortened in order that our technicians can be on time for their next client.
Spa services are offered to guests 16 years of age and over. Children wishing to receive spa services must provide written consent from their parents or legal guardians. Children may not accompany guests during their treatment.
Please advise at the time of booking if you have any allergies, ailments, disabilities, recent surgeries, high blood pressure or if you are pregnant.
Please advise at the time of booking if you have a preference on a particular massage therapist or spa technician to service you. Our massage therapists and technicians are licensed and professionally trained to ensure your comfort and safety at all times.
Notification of changes and/or cancellations of treatments is required at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee equal to the amount of the treatment costs. Where a botox & filler consultation is missed without notice, the fee will be $100.
